Assignment:

In this lesson we talk about one of the key strategies in clientelling, connect-connect-propose.

Think of a client you recently assisted that appears to have potential and you would like to work on developing them. Take us through how you can apply the connect connect propose strategy to build a relationship with this client. Please provide us the following:

First Connection:
Draft a message that adds value without selling. For example, a thank-you note or a message sharing an interesting piece of information relevant to the client’s interests.
Second Connection:
Draft a follow-up message to maintain the relationship, such as checking in on their experience with a recent purchase or sharing a personalized recommendation.
Proposal:
Draft a third message where you propose an action, such as inviting them to an exclusive event, offering a personalized service, or suggesting a new product.
