1) Warm Client:
Think of a client who is in the warm phase (recently made a purchase). Write a short follow-up message to thank them and keep the relationship strong.
2) Cold Client:
Identify a client who has entered the cold phase (less responsive). Describe one action you can take to re-engage them and bring them back to the warm phase.
